Extra costs:

• Local tourist tax of €1.00 per person (aged 12 and over) per night for the first ten nights.
• Laundry service on request.     

Rental conditions:

• During high season the holiday apartments are rented on a weekly basis with Saturday as arrival and departure day. Unbooked apartments are also rented for a shorter period. We announce this availability three days before the arrival date.
• For stays of up to four nights we charge a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of apartment.
• The price of your stay remains as agreed, even if the holiday flat is occupied by fewer people when you arrive. If additional persons arrive, a surcharge will be made.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are available from approx. 3.30 pm. If you arrive later than 6.00 pm, please let us know (+39 339 6541156). On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

Reservations:
Your reservation becomes binding with a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay. This can be paid by bank transfer.

Cancellations:
The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.In the event of rebooking, the deposit for the current season will be credited.
